Jîvlê-ëjekè Sêdè (/cèˈtèva/ /ëˈʤekè/ [cultural] [fight]) is a subtropical Small City located in the Vapíatacê Zone of the Engineer's Guild.
The name Jîvlê-ëjekè Sêdè is derived from the Goblin language, as Jîvlê-ëjekè Sêdè was founded by Dog, who was culturaly Iron Elf.
Climate
Jîvlê-ëjekè Sêdè has a yearly average temperature of 26°C (78°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 25°C (77°F). Jîvlê-ëjekè Sêdè receives an average of 259 cm/y (101 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Jîvlê-ëjekè Sêdè covers an area of nearly 18 km2 (7 mi2), and an average elevation of 1764 m (5787 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Jîvlê-ëjekè Sêdè was founded durring the late 16th century in spring of the year 1482, by Dog. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Dog.
Jîvlê-ëjekè Sêdè was built using the conventions of Iron Elf durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Jîvlê-ëjekè Sêdè is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Jîvlê-ëjekè Sêdè is buildings folow an organic layout of spacious packed earth streets whihch gives the city a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The city posesses a fortified albit thin wall of querried stone. This wall posesses most of the features of a castle wall, though it is constructed from cheeper inferior stone. It would pose a minor chalange for an attacking army, though it's clear the wall's true purpose is to crush the hopes of bandits and marauders. Jîvlê-ëjekè Sêdè's failry decent fortifications are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
A look around Jîvlê-ëjekè Sêdè is like a look into a broken heart. There is no planning, no organization. Jîvlê-ëjekè Sêdè possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Jîvlê-ëjekè Sêdè has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Jîvlê-ëjekè Sêdè's natural decorations nor waterways.

Jîvlê-ëjekè Sêdè has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Jîvlê-ëjekè Sêdè's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.
